Fees

For Buyers: Shipping Fees

• When purchasing items from Impurio, buyers may be subject to shipping fees. These fees will be clearly indicated during the checkout process before the finalization of the purchase.
• The minimum shipping fee is ₱79.00.
• Shipping fees may vary based on the location of delivery, weight, and dimensions of the items purchased.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the shipping fees associated with their order before completing the transaction.

For Sellers: Commission and Service Fees

• Sellers using Impurio as a platform to sell their products are subject to commission and service fees.
• A commission fee, which is 5% of the sale price, will be deducted by Impurio for each successful transaction.
• Additionally, a service fee, which is 2.5% of the sale price, will be charged for utilizing specific services or features provided by Impurio to enhance product visibility, marketing, or other premium services.

For Riders: Job Order and Compensation

• Riders engaged with Impurio are considered as independent contractors working on a job order basis for delivery services.
• Riders are responsible for delivering items from Impurio to customers based on orders received through the platform.
• Compensation for riders will be based on the number of successful deliveries completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the rider agreement.
• The amount earned by riders will be determined by the number of deliveries completed and may vary based on factors such as distance, delivery urgency, and other relevant conditions.
• Riders are solely responsible for their own transportation, equipment, insurance, and any other expenses related to fulfilling their delivery obligations.
• Impurio does not guarantee a minimum number of orders or a minimum income for riders and does not establish an employment relationship with riders.

Payment

• All fees mentioned above will be clearly communicated to buyers and sellers before any transactions take place.
• Payment of fees shall be made in the currency specified by Impurio and in the manner prescribed by the platform.
• Impurio reserves the right to change the fee structure or introduce new fees upon providing reasonable notice to users of the platform.

Changes

Impurio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website/app following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
